Regarding delivery
It will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
After you place an order, it will usually be shipped within about 3 days.

About returned goods exchange of goods

At SUPER HERO'S, it is possible to return or exchange the purchased product at your convenience. Please complete the return/exchange application form and return the product within 8 days of receiving the product.

■ If the size does not fit or is different from the image
Returns are possible only within 8 days after receipt. Please email us to request a return.

For returns due to customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Please note that we are unable to refund the shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery.
■ If there is a problem with the product
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the ordered product, we will promptly return or exchange it according to your request. Please fill out the return/exchange application form within 7 days after receiving the item.

After completing the procedure, we will inform you how to return the product.

If you do not receive an application for return or exchange within 7 days after the product arrives at the customer's place
